This Gretsch G2420TG Hollow Body Electric Guitar is used with "used" stamped on the back of the headstock. It is in excellent condition although it does show a pinpoint sized ding on the body near the switch (see picture). Otherwise, this guitar is very much in like-new condition and shows no dings, dents, scratches, or any obvious playwear. This guitar has been professionally set up and plays great! The neck is straight, the action is low and comfortable, and the frets are in excellent condition. The G2420TG features our Broad'Tron BT-3S pickups. Utilizing a combination of Alnico 5 and Alnico 2 magnets, the BT-3S pickups provide stronger mids, tight but full lows, and smooth clear highs that retain a smooth and musical presence.
Versatile Controls with Coil-Splitting
The Streamliner's sonic power is harnessed and shaped by the traditional control layout - neck and bridge pickup volume controls, a master tone control, master volume control and three-way pickup switching.
The addition of a push/pull pot on the master volume control allows coil-splitting to provide useful single coil sounds, adding another layer of tonal versatility to an already strong sonic arsenal.
